Article can be submitted electronically from https://review.jow.medknow.com/jpbsonline This is an online manuscript submission and peer-review system which allows submission of articles electronically and tracking of its progress till publication of the article.
One is required to register as a new author – the process being a simple self-explanatory two stage process. Link for new author registration is available from the home page www.speronline.com/jpbs If article is submitted electronically, there is no need to send a hard copy.
